About Kraft Boxes

We make custom kraft packaging for consumer brands, from a first run of 50 units up to pallet quantities.

Most packaging suppliers are built around volume. Their minimums start in the thousands, their sales process assumes you already know what a reverse tuck-end is, and their quote arrives as a single number with nothing behind it.

That works if you are a mature brand with a packaging engineer on staff. It does not work for a business putting its first real box into production, which is most of who we work with.

So we start at 50 units, draw the structure before quoting it, and put the board grade and barrier spec on the page so you can hold the quote up against anyone else's.

The other half of the job is telling people what kraft will not do. It will not hold a pastel. A kraft-faced pouch is not recyclable unless the whole structure is built for it. Those conversations are cheaper before a press run than after one.

How we work

The dieline comes before the quote

We draw the structure first and price against it. A number quoted before anyone has looked at your product is a number that changes later.

We name the trade-off

Compostable pouches cost shelf life. Kraft shifts your brand colours. PLA lamination is not home compostable. Every one of those has a real cost, and you should hear it from us before you order rather than after.

Specs you can compare

Board grade, ECT rating, point weight and barrier type on every quote. It makes us comparable against other suppliers, which is the point.

No claim we cannot evidence

FSC certified board is available and priced per order, with the certificate number confirmed for your specific run. We do not print a general certification claim on a website.
