Who we are

What we collect

When you submit a quote request, sample request or contact form we collect the information you enter: name, email address, phone number, company name, and the packaging details you provide such as format, volume, industry, timeline, artwork status, box dimensions and project notes.

We also record which page the form was submitted from, and any campaign parameters present in the URL you arrived on (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid) together with the referring website. This tells us which marketing activity produced an enquiry.

Our analytics and tracking scripts collect technical information including browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed and time on page.

Why we collect it

• To prepare and send you a packaging quote or sample pack
• To contact you about an enquiry or an order in progress
• To understand which pages and campaigns generate enquiries
• To improve the accuracy of the information on this site

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Third-party services

Form submissions and enquiry records are processed and stored by LeadConnector / HighLevel, the customer relationship platform we use. Their external tracking script runs on every page of this site to associate a form submission with the visit that produced it.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure site usage, and Google Search Console to monitor search performance. This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes request logs as part of delivering the site.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms. Where you book a call through the embedded scheduling widget on our wholesale page, that widget is served by LeadConnector and the details you enter go directly to them.

Cookies and similar technologies

The tracking and analytics scripts described above set cookies and use browser storage to recognise a returning session. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not stop you using the site or submitting a form, but it may mean we cannot attribute your enquiry to the campaign that brought you here.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and customer records are retained for as long as we have an active or prospective commercial relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet accounting and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kraftboxes.us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific statutory privacy rights, such as California or the EU and UK, those rights apply and we will honour them.

To stop receiving marketing email from us, use the unsubscribe link in any message or email us directly.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is held in access-controlled systems. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
