How an order runs

Five stages, no surprises in the middle. You can stop after stage two and keep the dieline.

A custom kraft box order runs in five stages: you send product dimensions and volume, we return a free structural dieline within 24 hours, you approve a digital artwork proof, we produce a printed sample if the run warrants it, then production takes 14 business days from approval.

  1. Tell us what goes in the box

Product dimensions, volume and where it ships. That is enough to start. You do not need a design or a spec sheet.

  2. Free structural dieline

A structural engineer draws your box and returns a flat dieline within 24 hours, sized to your product rather than to the nearest stock size.

  3. Artwork and proof

You place artwork on the dieline, or we do it. Either way you approve a digital proof showing exactly how the print falls across every panel.

  4. Sample, if the run warrants it

Anything heading to physical retail should be checked as a printed sample first. Kraft reads darker under shop lighting than it does on screen.

  5. Production and delivery

14 business days from artwork approval for most fibre formats. Rigid boxes and pouches run 14 to 21 business days.

No print-ready files? Say so on the quote form. Design is quoted separately and we can take it from a logo.
